Shane and Johnny seem to have taken on the role of captains of the teams, and they are not happy with either Chandler's or Billy's performance and decide that a little extra training is required. As soon as the bully captains are out of site though Billy and Chandler decide that they would rather do something else other than push-ups to increase their fitness levels.
