Joel Thomas Prepares for IFBB North American Championships

"In preparing for his second national level show in as many seasons Joel Thomas believes he has made gains and the necessary adjustments to continue to make a positive impression in his pursuit of professional status. Under IFBB Pro Ben Pakulski adjustments were made to training and nutrition to better prepare the twenty seven year old to do battle amongst the top athletes in Cleveland.
