"Fernando Noronha Almeida is also known as “Maradona” and he is one of the most popular bodybuilders from Brazil. Fernando is the overall champion of the IFBB South American Championships in 2007. He also won the Heavyweight title in 2008. Recently Fernando received his IFBB Pro Card and took 2nd place at the Dallas Europa Pro Show in 2011. This victory qualified him to compete at the Mr. Olympia, Fernando and Eduardo Correa being the only Brazilian bodybuilders to reach that goal. Congratulations to Maradona!"
