"Born in a small town in Missouri, Sean has spent most of his life in Omaha, Nebraska. At the age of 13, Sean discovered the "dumbbell". From that day on, he was hooked and hasn't looked back since. Over the years, this "healthy obsession" has served Sean well, instilling in him a deep appreciation of the benefits of hard work and perseverance - particularly in my athletic endeavors.

Sports became the focal point of his high school years. Going into his freshman year of high school, he had two years of football and track under his belt and had already set my sights on eventually playing college football so he kicked the intensity up a notch. I breathed, ate, drank and slept working out. His hard work in high school culminated with a state championship title in football and placement in the 100 meter dash at the state track meet my senior year.

He went on to become a scholarship athlete in both football and track his freshman year in college, but soon found himself affected by a guilty desire many athletes are hesitant to admit - competitive bodybuilding. He became so enthralled with the quest of physical perfection that his speed and strength training became secondary in his quest for more muscle.

Sean entered his first bodybuilding contest at the age of 18 and has been competing ever since - now with six competitions under his belt. In addition to all that, today Sean is a certified personal trainer and also spends time restoring and selling vintage collector cars as well as newer high performance machines. He has worked as a fitness and figure model and is interested in exploring all modeling opportunities that are presented to him. Sean is 26, weighs 205 lbs. ( he competes at 195 lbs.) and stands 5'11" tall. He has good proportions, with a 46" chest, 32" waist, 17 1/2" biceps, 23" thighs, 16 1/2" neck and 17" calves. Now living in California and already a certified EMT, Sean would like to become a professional firefighter.
