Ahmed Wardany, the newest muscle star from Egypt. Only 23, Ahmed has competed in bodybuilding since he was 18, and is currently the Egyptian bodybuilding champion below 80 kilos (177 lbs). In his offseason he goes up to 95 kilos (210 lbs), which is significant mass at a height of 5'6".

Ahmed started out as a college wrestler and competed in wrestling for the state of Menoufiya. Soon enough it was apparent that Ahmed had perfect genetics for bodybuilding, and he began his competitive career.

"We met Said El Koley Saad after his participation at the Mediterranean Championships in 2005. With amazing balance of symmetry, size and power Said became one of Egypt's top bodybuilders. By the way, due to their superior athletes and the popularity of bodybuilding in Egypt, it's not surprising that Egypt emerged as the best IFBB team in both 2006 and 2007.

"Hassan Meneam Samea is a pure power package at 29 years, 5'7" and 220 lbs. He enjoyed the tight clothes we gave him for the shoot as much as we did. Hassan grew up as an athlete, playing soccer and practicing karate. Today he works as a bodyguard, but most of the time you find Hassan in various gyms in Cairo sculpting his body. He loves an audience and he loves to spend time with his fellow bodybuilding friends from Cairo. His English is rather minimal. But if you have a body like that... why do you need language at all?" In 2007 Said participated at the IFBB World Championships in South Korea. We shot Said in June 2007 in Port Said (Suez Canal) after he competed in local championships."
